Admission Information for K1 students (2025)
1. Application for Admission:
- AM classes, PM classes and whole-day classes are offered at our Kindergraten.
- The quota for online registration is unlimited, but the quota for interviews will be capped at 500.
♥If the number of applicants exceed 500, applicants will be picked at random to be interviewed; otherwise all applicants will be offered an interview.
♥Priority for interviews will be offered to siblings of graduates, current students, children of staff and board members.
2. Transfer Student Admission:
- Online registration will be available from 1 March 2025 for those K1 applicants who have not previously been offered an interview as well as K2 and K3 transfer students.
- Applicants can download an application form from our website, and submit it to us by post or hand. We will arrange interviews accordingly if availability arises.
3. Online Application Date and Time:
- Online registration will be available from 9 AM on 30 SEP, 2024 to 11:59AM on 9 OCT, 2024.
- Please note that we do not offer hard copies of the application form at school.
- Please prepare a soft copy of your child’s passport photo (JPG, GIF or PNG 1.5×2 inch) for online registration. Please note that your application will not be accepted unless all supporting documents have been submitted.
- All applicants who submitted an application will receive a confirmation by email. If a confirmation email is not received, kindly contact our school as soon as possible.
- A notice about interview details will be sent out to all applicants on 23 Oct, 2024.
4. Briefing Session for Kindergarten :
- In order for parents to have a better understanding of our school, a briefing session will be held on 28 SEP, 2024 from 11:00AM to 12:30PM, which will include an introduction to our vision, mission and curriculum.
- The briefing session is open to everyone interested. Applicants must submit an application form, which can be found by scanning the QR code on our website – “Admission” from 2 SEP to 20 SEP.
5. Application fee:
- K1 students and transfer Student admission fee is $40 HK dollars to be paid on the day of the interview.
6. Interview Arrangement :
- Date : 9/11/2024 or 16/11/2024
- Interview will be conducted in groups, each child should be accompanied by a one parent ONLY.
7. Admission Criteria:
- Overall performance on the interview day.
- Priority applicants:
♥siblings of current students
♥children of full time staff
- The applicant from families in need will be given priority consideration when applying for whole day classes.
- As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.
8. Announcement of Admission Result:
- Admission result will be announced on 29 NOV 2024 by post.
- If parents have not received the result by 5 DEC 2024, kindly contact our school by phone.
9.Registration Arrangements
- Registration date: 2/1/2025-4/1/2025. Applicants MUST submit the following documents in person:
(1)”Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission(2025-2026)” or “Kindergarten Admission Pass”
♥A hard copy of “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission (2025-2026)”.or “Kindergarten Admission Pass“
♥Please apply for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission (2025-2026)” or “Kindergarten Admission Pass” from the Education Bureau between September to November. The Education Bureau typically takes 6-8 weeks to process, therefore, parents should apply it as soon as possible.
(2)The registration fee for 2025/26 K1 half day class is HK$970 and the whole day class is HK$1,570.
♥Registration fees will be refunded to parents of accepted children after September enrollment.
♥If parents decide to change school after registration, please notify our school in writing. The “ Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” will be returned to parents once we receive the written notification; however, please note that the registration fee will not be refunded.
- If parents are not available to come on the above registration dates, kindly contact our school by phone for further arrangement; otherwise the places will be substituted by the students on the waiting list.
10. Students on the waiting list
- Students on the waiting list will be notified individually by phone if there are remaining places.
- For successful application of students on the waiting list, parents should present the following items for registration.
♥A hard copy of “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission (2025-2026)”.
♥Registration fee: $970 HK dollars. If parents decide to change school after registration, please notify our school in writing. The “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” will be returned to parents once we received the written notification; however, please note that the registration fee will not be refunded..
11. A notification letter regarding textbooks and extra fees will be sent out by post in mid-May.
12.Pre-school playgroup sessions are free and will be held every Saturday in June 2025. These sessions aim to help children to prepare for their upcoming school life.
P.S. – Please note that our kindergarten does provide whole-day classes.
